Maranges 1er Cru Fussiere

Coming from a very small plot of 21 ares, this cuvée comes from vines planted in 1960 and 1973. It is vinified in whole bunches and trampled under foot, the maceration is done in vats with some pumping over for a fortnight. Maturing lasts about ten months.
