Georges Roumier
Chambolle Musigny
Chambolle Musigny
Bourgogne, France
This bottle of the famous domain of Côte de Nuits is a "simple village", we put quotes because vinified with the talent that we know of Christophe Roumier, it is almost the level that we expect from a first Chambolle-Musigny vintage.
It is indeed a superb Pinot Noir produced here by one of the most renowned estates in Burgundy.
A floral and finely spiced nose, notes of black fruits and dried flowers.
On the palate, we recognize a delicate, fresh and persistent wine.
The touch is silky and the acidity is controlled to give a balanced nectar.
We advise you to open this bottle after a few years of cellaring, 3 for the most impatient and up to 12 for the most persistent among you.
What to marry it with? You can cook a tournedos rossini, a delicious poulard with cream or a green-meadow châteaubriand.
To taste with passion!
